Micro heat adsorption dryer
Micro thermal regeneration adsorption dryer is a dehumidification and purification device that uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption and micro thermal regeneration method to adsorb and dry compressed air.
The micro heat regeneration adsorption dryer (hereinafter referred to as the micro heat absorption dryer) combines the advantages of heating regeneration and non heating regeneration. It uses micro heating to reduce the gas consumption of regeneration and extends the tower switching cycle due to more thorough regeneration. Under normal operating conditions, the dew point (under pressure) of the air can be reduced to below -40 ° C, and can reach as low as -70 ° C. It can provide high-quality compressed air without oil or water for a few application fields that have high requirements for air quality, especially suitable for cold regions in the north and other gas consumption occasions with ambient temperatures below 0 ° C.
The micro heat suction dryer adopts a dual tower structure, where one tower adsorbs moisture from the air under a certain pressure, and the other tower uses a small portion of dry air slightly above atmospheric pressure to regenerate the desiccant in the adsorption tower. After a certain period of time, the two towers switch to ensure continuous supply of dry compressed air.
On the basis of possessing all the advantages of a heatless regeneration adsorption dryer, high-quality stainless steel finned U-shaped heating tubes are used, which provide uniform heating and high heat transfer coefficient, ensuring long-term trouble free operation.
Optional IoT components can be used to achieve remote monitoring of the dryer through mobile phones or other connected display terminals.
