Non thermal adsorption dryer
The non heat regeneration adsorption dryer is a dehumidification and purification device that uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption to adsorb and dry compressed air using the non heat regeneration method (without the need for an external heat source).
The non heat regeneration adsorption dryer (hereinafter referred to as the non heat adsorption dryer) is a high-quality model designed and developed by our company in recent years, based on the digestion and absorption of excellent technology from similar foreign products, and considering the actual situation of domestic users. Under normal operating conditions, the dew point (under pressure) of the air can be reduced to below -40 ° C, and can reach as low as -70 ° C. It can provide high-quality compressed air without oil or water for a few application fields that have high requirements for air quality, especially suitable for cold regions in the north and other gas consumption occasions with ambient temperatures below 0 ° C.
The heatless dryer adopts a dual tower structure, with one tower adsorbing moisture from the air at a certain pressure, and the other tower regenerating the desiccant in the adsorption tower with a small portion of dry air slightly above atmospheric pressure. After a certain period of time, the two towers switch to ensure continuous supply of dry compressed air.
The unique computer control system intuitively displays the operating status of the suction dryer, and has multiple alarm, protection functions and DCS remote control interfaces to ensure safe use.
The actuator adopts pneumatic angle seat valve and pneumatic butterfly valve, and the pneumatic control system uses a deep dry air source that is filtered to ensure reliable operation and avoid valve leakage.
The height and diameter of the adsorption tower have been precisely calculated and experimentally tested, and important parameters such as flow rate and heat and mass transfer have been accurately grasped, avoiding rapid wear and tunnel effects of the adsorbent.
Professional programmable design, with minimal airflow pulses and pressure fluctuations, effectively reducing dust in the outlet air and noise in the regeneration air flow.
Convenient and practical cycle time mode and energy-saving economic mode, adjustable regeneration gas volume and time program, suitable for various practical usage conditions and zero dew point requirements.
The support base has a stable and beautiful appearance, and is easy to install, use, and maintain.
Optional IoT components can be used to achieve remote monitoring of the dryer through mobile phones or other connected display terminals.
