Blast regeneration adsorption dryer
The blast regeneration adsorption dryer is an energy-saving compressed air adsorption drying device. Due to its use of ambient air blast regeneration technology, it can avoid consuming a large amount of product gas required for traditional process regeneration.
The adsorption principle of the blast regeneration dryer is similar to the traditional adsorption process. But its regeneration method is the process of air blowing regeneration, which includes heating and blowing. The regeneration gas source during heating comes from the ambient air pressurized by the blower, which is heated to the regeneration temperature by the heater and used as the regeneration gas for the adsorber bed layer analysis. During the regeneration operation, the regeneration receipt gas heats and analyzes the adsorption bed layer, and carries the precipitated water vapor with the regeneration gas, which is then carried out of the adsorber. Regenerative blowing cooling can be achieved by using self dried air, which is then depressurized and used as the regeneration blowing cooling gas, or by air circulation cooling and separation as the regeneration blowing cooling gas to cool the bed layer, in order to meet the needs of the next stage of adsorption work and avoid unstable dew points at the air outlet due to the presence of bed temperature.
The basic principle of the blast regeneration adsorption dryer is similar to the traditional suction dryer process. But its regeneration method is the process of air blowing regeneration, which consists of four stages: adsorption, regeneration, cold blowing, and pressure equalization. The regeneration gas source during heating comes from the ambient air pressurized by the blower, which is heated to the regeneration temperature by the heater and used as the regeneration gas for the adsorber bed layer analysis. During the regeneration operation, the regeneration receipt gas heats and analyzes the adsorption bed layer, and the water vapor carried by the regeneration gas is discharged.
The blower regeneration adsorption dryer adopts a specially designed high-temperature butterfly valve to control the air path, ensuring the effective operation of the valve and improving its service life and stability. The unique distribution diffuser avoids the tunneling phenomenon of the airflow, evenly distributes the airflow, and fully protects and utilizes the adsorbent.
Optional IoT components can be used to achieve remote monitoring of the dryer through mobile phones or other connected display terminals.
