Combination dryer

A combination dryer is usually composed of a freeze dryer and a micro heat regeneration adsorption dryer. Compressed air is removed of most of its moisture through a refrigerated dryer, and the condensed oil mist is filtered out by a built-in A-level filter before entering a micro heat adsorption dryer. The combined dryer operates more efficiently, consumes less air, and can effectively reach the rated dew point value.

The cold dryer part adopts an efficient and energy-saving aluminum alloy plate exchange cold dryer, which effectively controls the overall volume of the machine, eliminates secondary pollution, and protects the adsorbent. The micro heat suction dryer part adopts a large capacity design of the adsorption bed layer, which allows compressed air to have more sufficient time to contact the adsorbent for deep adsorption drying. The large capacity design of the adsorption bed layer also further reduces the pressure drop of the combined dryer and reduces compressed air loss.

Optional IoT components can be used to achieve remote monitoring of the dryer through mobile phones or other connected display terminals.
