Variable frequency refrigerated dryer (TRV01-TRV12)

Energy saving: The application of DC frequency conversion technology enables the refrigerated dryer to achieve true automatic conditional capability, with low operating power only about 20% of the industrial frequency refrigerated dryer. The electricity cost saved in one year can approach or recover the cost of the dryer.

Efficient: With the support of three in one aluminum plate replacement and combined with DC frequency conversion technology, the performance of the refrigerated dryer has greatly improved, making it easy to control the dew point.

Intelligence: Automatically adjust the compressor frequency according to changes in working conditions, and can automatically determine the operating status. It has a complete self diagnostic function, a friendly human-machine interface display, and the operating status is clear at a glance.

Environmental Protection: In response to the Montreal Protocol, all models in this series use R134a and R410A environmentally friendly refrigerants, which have zero damage to the atmosphere and meet market demand.

Stability: The automatic adjustment function of frequency conversion technology enables a wider temperature range for the use of the refrigerated dryer. Under extreme high-temperature conditions, it can output at full speed to quickly stabilize the dew point temperature at the rated value. In extreme low-temperature air conditions in winter, the frequency output can be adjusted to avoid ice blockage and ensure dew point stability of the refrigerated dryer.

Optional IoT components can be used to achieve remote monitoring of the dryer through mobile phones or other connected display terminals.
