Explosion proof refrigerated dryer is a device used to condense moisture in compressed air into water droplets and discharge them. Its working principle is basically to reduce the temperature of compressed air, so that water vapor condenses into liquid water in the air and is discharged in the equipment.

The working process of an explosion-proof refrigerated dryer mainly consists of three steps: compression, cooling, and drying.

When the compressor is working, it compresses the air and increases the pressure, while also increasing the air temperature. High temperature compressed air contains a large amount of water vapor, but when these water vapor encounter low temperatures, they will condense into water droplets.

The dried air continues to pass through filters and particle separators to remove residual water droplets and liquid moisture. Only dry air enters the compressed air pipeline through the dryer and is supplied to the production equipment for use.
