Energy saving: The design of the aluminum alloy three in one heat exchanger and the enlarged pre cooling reheater minimize the process loss of refrigeration capacity, improve the recycling and utilization of refrigeration capacity, and increase the outlet temperature of compressed air, effectively reducing the moisture content of the finished gas.

Efficient: The integrated heat exchanger is equipped with guide fins to evenly heat the compressed air inside. The built-in air-water separation device is equipped with a stainless steel filter screen for more thorough moisture separation.

Intelligence: Multi channel temperature and pressure monitoring, real-time display of dew point temperature, automatic recording of cumulative operating time, addition of compressor protection, display of real-time compressor current, self diagnostic function, display of corresponding alarm codes, and automatic protection of equipment.

Environmental Protection: In response to the Montreal Protocol, all models in this series use R407C environmentally friendly refrigerant, which has zero damage to the atmosphere and meets market demand.

Stability: Equipped with a constant pressure expansion valve and intelligent temperature control as standard, it has been tested in the laboratory to operate stably even when the intake temperature reaches 65 ° C and the ambient temperature reaches 42 ° C. It also has dual temperature and pressure antifreeze protection. While saving energy, extend the service life of equipment.

Optional IoT components can be used to achieve remote monitoring of the dryer through mobile phones or other connected display terminals.
