During the preheating stage, the temperature of the regeneration adsorber gradually increases to reach the regeneration temperature. In the heating stage, after the adsorbent in the regeneration adsorber reaches the regeneration temperature, the evaporated water and hot air are discharged together. During the cooling phase, the regeneration adsorber is cooled to the same temperature as the operating adsorber.
